Kiwanis - Serving the Children of the World
Serving the Children of the World

The Kiwanis Club of Columbia was started in 1920.  We remain one of the most established service clubs in the Midlands of South Carolina.

Each year, we support charities throughout the Midlands, both with our labor and financial contributions. Our primary fundraiser is an annual golf tournament.  In 2016, proceeds from our golf tournament benefitted the Ray Tanner Foundation and the Reece Holbrook Win Anyway Foundation.

Additionally, we support and sponsor our friends at Jubilee Academy, the University of South Carolina Circle-K Club, several high school Key Clubs, and "Terrific Kids" programs at 3 elementary schools.  We strongly encourage inter-club participation from members of the other Kiwanis Clubs in our area.

For information about joining the Kiwanis Club of Columbia, or just to attend a lunch meeting as a guest, contact any member or Club Officer.  Our Club President is Becky Craven, and she can be reached at

Bill Lamotte Memorial Golf Tournament 2017

What a great tournament!  We would like to thank all our teams and sponsors.  Especially our presenting sponsors Vista Insurance Group, Marco's Pizza, Lizards Thicket and Corner Pantry.  All the money raised supports the Ray Tanner Foundation, the Reece Holbrook Win Anyway Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of Columbia Foundation.  I hope you can join us next year.
